Chef's Larder Parsley Sauce Mix

Just add water.
Makes 10 litres.
Bain marie stable.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Modified Maize Starch,
Dried Skimmed Milk,
Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin),
Yeast Extract (Barley),
Stabiliser (Dipotassium Phosphate),
Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)
1 litre boiling water, 200g Pepper Sauce Mix. Place 200g of the sauce mix into a saucepan. Pour on 1 litre of boiling water and whisk vigorously until thickened and smooth. Bring back to the boil on the hob for 1 minute stirring all the time. Use as required.
