Ingredients:

- Sage (3.5%),
- Vegetable Suet,
- Salt,
- Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate),
- Parsley,
- Colour (Malt Extract) (Barley),
- Rusk contains: Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Bicarbonate),
- Vegetable Suet contains: Palm Oil, Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Sunflower Oil
Instructions
Measure the required amount of stuffing mix into a basin (see quantity guide) and add the appropriate amount of boiling water. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for a few minutes to thicken. Use to stuff prepared meat or poultry. To bake separately: Place prepared stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 200°C/Fan Oven 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively the stuffing can be shaped into balls before baking.
