Measure the required amount of stuffing mix into a basin (see quantity guide) and add the appropriate amount of boiling water. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for a few minutes to thicken. Use to stuff prepared meat or poultry. To bake separately: Place prepared stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 200°C/Fan Oven 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively the stuffing can be shaped into balls before baking.
