A delicious, meaty tasting dehydrated brown sauce mix, Maggi Demi-Glace is the perfect addition to pies and stews or a rich sauce.

Free from hydrogenated vegetable oil, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives our demi-glace is also microwavable, bain-marie stable and freeze-thaw stable.

Each tub is 1.52kg and makes about 16 litres.

Ingredients:  

Modified Maize Starch, WHEAT Flour, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5 - Ribonucleotide), Tomato, Flavourings (with WHEAT), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Sunflower Oil, Paprika, Acid (Citric Acid).
