- Preparation instructions:
- Add required amount of Maggi Wild Mushroom Soup to cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Whisk soup mixture into boiling water. Return to boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Recommended Dosage No of Portions: 6, Yield: 1 litre, Product: 58g, Cold Water: 250ml, Boiling Water: 750ml No of Portions: 200, Yield: 34 litres, Product: Whole pack, Cold Water: 9 litres, Boiling Water: 25 litres Turn you soups into something amazing with these great ideas... Why not try pan-frying sliced chestnut mushrooms with a small handful of freshly chopped rosemary and flat leaf parsley, crushed garlic, a grind of black pepper and a grate of fresh nutmeg. Stir through the soup or serve as an extra topping along with a chunk of rosemary foccacia. Or for a delicious garlic mushroom risotto soup, simply add some freshly crushed garlic and risotto rice. Simmer until the rice is tender then stir through a handful of freshly chopped spinach leaves at the end of cooking.
