Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate),
Flavouring,
Colour (Annatto)
Yield Guide To Make 1 pint (5 portions), Jelly Crystals 100g, Boiling Water 230ml, Cold Water 285ml. To Make 1 litre (10 portions), Jelly Crystals 175g, Boiling Water 400ml, Cold Water 500ml. To Make 19.88 litres (198 portions) 3.5kg (whole bag), Boiling Water 7 litres, Cold Water 11 litres. Preparation Instructions 1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water. 2. Stir well until completely dissolved. 3. Add the cold water and stir well. 4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.
